Are body treatments and massages free?

No, body treatments and massages have additional charges.

How much do you charge for Wi-Fi?

The Wi-Fi connection is free for customers staying at the resort.

Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the complex is adapted with ramps so that you can move around all of the public areas of the hotel. Additionally, we have the Internationally recognized Blue Flag status on our beach which includes adapted access to the beach.

Although we do not have special installations for accessing the pools, we do have a gradual beach slope, like a ramp, into the pool.

Is the access to the Water Park free?

The access to the water park is included for all hotel guests.

Does the hotel offer late check out?

Guests need to check out by 12 noon on departure day. However, depending on room availability, you’ll be able to extend your check-out time to 6pm at the latest. There is an additional cost for this service.

What is the climate in the Dominican Republic?

The climate is tropical and the country has the same season as the north hemisphere. The average temperature varies between 25º and 30º C except in high altitude regions.

Which clothes should I bring with me?

It is preferable to wear cool summer clothes and of course don’t forget your swimming costume! Take also light cover ups for the evenings.

At what time is advisable to the sun?

With the tropical climate of Dominican Republic is better, particularly for children, prevent the sun from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

What type of sun cream do you recommend?

The protection factor depends on your skin. If you travel in summer, the temperature can reach more than 35º C and we would advise a minimum factor of 20.

What is the currency?

The official currency in Dominican Republic is the Dominican Peso but in all the tourist areas the use of the American dollar is common. The Euro has also entered the market thanks to the large amount of European tourists, particularly Spanish.

What is the official language?

The official language is Spanish; however English is generally understood in the main tourist areas.

Can I exchange currency in the hotel or withdraw money?

The hotel offers an currency exchange service and in addition you’ll find an ATM to withdraw money in the local currency.

Is there a shopping centre in the Resort?

You will find shops in the resort selling souvenirs.

Where is the closest shopping centre and how do I get there?

The closest shopping centre is 2km from the resort and may be reached either on foot or by taxi.

Do you need to be vaccinated before travelling?

It is not necessary to be vaccinated, however we would advise you to check with your doctor your previous vaccinations prior to your visit.

What facilities and services are available for children?

Children have access to two separate pools, the SIRENIOS miniclub with a comprehensive game program from 10:00 to 13:00, an extensive entertainment program with shows, a mini-disco, special snacks, etc., and the SIRENIS AQUAGAMES water park.
