Using the SIRENIS website and the services and products contained on it means acceptance by the users of these General Terms and Conditions and the regulations for use stipulated in the latest updated version. 1. Introduction: On this website, SIRENIS offers information related to the kind of activities, products and services it sells. This website and its contents offer you information about the hotels that SIRENIS markets and manages. By accessing and using this website, you agree to submit to the conditions set out below, and so it is recommended that you read this section carefully before beginning. SIRENIS reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove part of these conditions at any time, and to make changes to the products and programmes shown on this site without previous notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you check for any possible changes periodically.
2. Limitations of use: Limited to personal, and not business, usage. This website is for your personal use, and not at any time for business use. It is prohibited to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, market, sell or do any other action that may be carried out with the content of this website, even with the source cited, unless by written consent of SIRENIS. The creation or design for yourself or for a third party of any website whose domain name is identified with any of the brands registered by SIRENIS or one of its group’s companies, including the hotels’ identifying names, will not be authorised in any way.

All the information provided on this site is given as it is, without guarantees of any kind, whether implicit or explicit; therefore SIRENIS is not responsible for any guarantee with regard to this information. Online bookings on this website are excluded as they are regulated by the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Law and by the procedures that must be followed when entering into the agreement. SIRENIS accepts no responsibility for the free exchange of information between users on its website. The liability for any statements provided on its website shall be held by the person making the statement.
8. Jurisdiction: Applicable law. Any disputes arising in relation to this website shall be governed by Spanish law, and so the resolution of any disagreement that may arise with users with regard to the conditions of use and any other complaint related to the website’s contents and services, will be resolved by the Judges and Courts of Ibiza, and will be interpreted according to Spanish Law; parties expressly waive their own local or regional law and any other that may correspond to them.
Booking Conditions and Cancellations
IV. BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Non-Refundable rate: Changes are not permitted.
Prepayment: Your credit card will be charged with the total cost of the reservation when you finalise the reservation process. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of a booking with a non-refundable rate or no show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Flexible rate:
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, the hotel will return any deposit you may have paid.
If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first night, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first night shall not be refunded.
If you do not show up, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first two nights to the card provided as a guarantee, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first two nights shall not be refunded.
If you wish to pay the total cost of your booking on arrival at the hotel, your credit card is only necessary as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation cost will not be charged to your credit card, as payment is to be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, either by credit card or in cash, in local currency and according to the exchange rate of the day. If you cancel one day before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your booked stay; in the case of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights.
Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to do a pre-authorization for the cost of the first night.
If you have chosen to pay the total cost of your booking now, the reservations system will connect to the bank using a secure connection, in order to give the maximum safety guarantee for the payment process and will charge the amount indicated in the voucher.
PUNTA CANA & RIVIERA MAYA
Flexible rate: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, the hotel will return any deposit you may have paid.
If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first night, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first night shall not be refunded.

CUBA
Flexible rate: Your credit card is only required to guarantee the booking. The amount of the booking will not be charged to the credit card, as payment will be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, with a credit card, in a freely convertible currency, applying a commission of 3% and according to the exchange rate on that day.
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel will not charge your credit card. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night of your booking. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights.
Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to place a pre-authorisation hold for the amount of the first night.
Payment in cash is not accepted at the hotel.
In Cuba, credit and debit cards operate in USD. Visa and MasterCard will be accepted as long as they have not been issued by US banks or their foreign subsidiaries.
Furthermore, RED and AIS cards in convertible currencies and issued by Cuban banks will also be accepted.
Children
The following age groups are established for the discount policies at all Sirenis hotels:
Ibiza hotels
From 0 to 1 year = Babies
From 2 to 11 years = Children
From 12 years = Adults
Punta Cana, Riviera Maya, Cuba & San Andrés hotels
From 0 to 1 year = Babies
From 2 to 12 years = Children
From 13 years = Adults
The age of children indicated at the time of making the reservation must match their age on the day of arrival at the hotel. If upon arrival at the hotel, during the registration of guests at Reception, it is ascertained that the age of the child indicated in the reservation does not correspond with the real age shown on their passport or identity document, the payment of the sum corresponding to the age group based on the above table in effect on the day of the alteration will be demanded.
Check-in time: Room occupancy begins at 3 pm on the first day of the booked period.
Check-out time: Room occupancy ends at 12 pm on the day the booked period ends. The establishment will understand that the customer wishes to extend their stay by a day in the event that they do not leave the room by the time stated above.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a booking made on this website, you may do so under the section "My Booking" on the Home page. Offers: It will not be possible to use any special offers published on this website together with other offers or discounts.
Sirenis Friends: Sirenis Friends card holders (or the original Sirenis VIP Club cards) need to log on first using the Sirenis Friends tab in order to see the preferential rates, and for these to be applied to online bookings. Please note that we are unable to apply the card discount afterwards to confirmed bookings if this procedure is not followed.
